Returns
Standard items, meaning no name added or custom saying, can be returned up to 30 days after purchase. The buyer will be responsible for all postal charges for the return of the item, once we receive the item back and in good condition, you will be quickly refunded.
There are no returns on custom or personalized products as they are made as per your order with personalization, though if there is damage during transit, we will quickly replace your item, make sure to save the box and item as they may be needed to file the claim. Just take some photos of the damage and the box and email them to us. We will file the claim and get your replacement on its way quickly.
Refunds on returnable items, that is items that have not been personalized with a name.
To request a refund just email us at Leonard2000@epbfi.com, will need your name and order number.
The time it takes to receive a refund depends on the payment method used. For refunds processed through a credit or debit card, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to be credited back to your account. On the other hand, refunds processed through PayPal typically take between 3 to 5 business days to be reflected in your account.
